    Dear friends,

I am selling some products for which I can get a discount only if I buy through someone ( a private person ).
Hence, the invoice for the products is not in my company's name but in that person's name.

Can I resell the goods through my company if the invoice doesn't have my company's name on it?

    Is this legal / acceptable?

    Thank you for your support!

Get them to give you an invoice.

There will be no tax consequence to them if they sell you it at cost.

VAT may be an issue for you, however.
