Hi,

I hope this is the correct forum.

I have a problem with Makro in regards to a faulty tv less than 6 months old. It developed a fault so I took it back only to be told that as I bought it as a business customer I did not have any rights and I had to get it repaired. I used their repair service as I had no other choice.

I got the TV back, upon inspection it was chipped but the main fault seemed to have been resolved. After about 3 days the fault returned and was worse than before. I called Makro again and was told they company would collect the TV again.

My question is, do I not have any rights? My newish tv came back damaged and the fault is worse than before and I am still not entitled to a refund or replacement.

Thanks
