I've been asked to work for a web development company.

Basically Ill be providing advice on creating a travel related website.

I'm looking to;

- % of income generated from the business
- % of future sale of business

What should I do to cover myself against any potential dispute.

Get everything in writing with signature?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Yep. If the potential sums involved justify it then have a lawyer write it all up for you - maybe agree with them that you should split the costs on this? Not sure how practical that would be though.
