Hi everyone,

I'm doing honest market research ahead of building a new tool for UK business owners. No sales pitch, no links, nothing to sell — I just want to ask a straight question and get real answers.
What is the single most annoying, time-consuming or frustrating thing you deal with in your day-to-day business?
Too many different tools to keep track of?

Knowing where you stand financially at a glance?

Keeping on top of everything without working longer hours?

Something else entirely?
I'm not here to sell anything. I'm just trying to understand what people actually struggle with, so I can build something that solves real problems — not just guess what people might want.
Honest answers appreciated — even if it's just one sentence. Thanks in advance.

Biggest annoyance right now is endless questions about business problem that are going to be miraculously fixed with yet another AI app.

Every business is different. Whatever ails them will be different to another business in the same sector.

You're building a new AI tool for a problem you're unaware of? How do you know you need an AI tool?
This ^^

AI is completely the wrong place to start.

What problems are you having in your own business @AuvrynTech ?
Then see if there are any tools out there to help you with those problems you are experiencing, and see if an AI tool may help you solve those problems.

Why don't you invent a tool and then look for a problem to solve, that always works really well.

You are going about it the wrong way. What a business is analysis to identify issues and savings. Once you have done the analysis (using a real person) you offer a set of solutions.

Reporting all the emails offering a new AI service to spam.
Well this isent the Average AI service as this is build to be a Full AI Operating system most AI tools will have 1-2 tools to help you this is not like that he is build to automatically help you with problems with permission from the owner he also has 400+tools to help with that.

He analysis issues and savings runs it through 30 different simulations and tests to make sure He can fix the problem or get your savings up for you then he offers a solution he is constatly doing that in the background he is constantly finding ways to fix issues and save more even without u asking him to he dose it in the background (With owners original approval) and once he starts he Never stops trying to find ways to Improve your business

If ever there was a backwards approach to building a business or tool, this is it.

It's like renting a shop and saying "I'm going to open a shop, what do you struggle to buy?"
this is more to get a idea of what tools i should build next we all ready have 400+ tools to help business but we feel like that is not enough to Fully help business owners with everything they might need in a day

@AuvrynTech - can your tool visit the client, measure up, cost materials and create a quote? Can it climb a ladder and inspect the roof?

Can it set up a CNC machine?

Can it clear up at the end of the day and sort out the recycling?

These are the sort of problems a business has. Doing emails and answering the phone is the easy bit.

You seem to be under the delusion that AI tools can fix everything. It can't.

If I need a deep-dive to solve a problem, I have several LLMs to help with that. Why do I need another tool?
Of Cause it cant fix everything but it can help with alot of it

Great questions — and honestly, you're exactly right, the physical work is the hard part.

Auvryn can't climb ladders, measure roofs, or run a CNC machine — not today, anyway.
But here is what it can do. It can turn those measurements into a professional quote instantly. It can calculate material costs, margins, and pricing automatically. It can track every job, every material, and every quote so nothing gets forgotten. And it can schedule, organise, and keep track of all the work that happens before and after you are on-site.

It handles the paperwork, the numbers, the organisation, and all the things you would rather not be doing — so you can focus on the skilled work that actually needs you there.

And you are 100% right, answering emails is the easy bit. That is exactly why we built Auvryn — to handle all of that, so you don't have to.

Fair question — and you are absolutely right, one tool cannot fix everything.

The difference is that Auvryn is not just another AI chatbot. It does not just answer questions — it actually understands your business. It connects your spreadsheets, your finances, your jobs, your customers, and all your separate systems, and it keeps track of how everything actually works together.

You can ask your LLMs for deep dives — that is exactly what they are good at. But Auvryn is the one that remembers what you told it last month, spots trends you might miss, turns numbers into quotes, keeps your pricing consistent, and handles the hundreds of repetitive decisions that keep your business running every single day.
It is not here to replace the tools you already use. It is here to tie them all together, remember everything, and do the heavy lifting between them — so you only have to tell your business things once.

If you think ChatGPT & Claude don't remember what you told them last month, you're in the wrong business 🤣
Fair point and they absolutely can remember what you tell them directly. The difference is that Auvryn remembers what your business is, not just what you typed into a chat box.

It remembers your margins, your supplier costs, your job history, your pricing rules, the way you want quotes structured, and how all your separate files and systems connect together. It doesn't just hold a conversation it holds the entire picture of your business, so it can apply what it knows across every tool, every calculation, and every decision.

Your LLMs are brilliant at answering questions. Auvryn is the one that knows your business well enough to do the work without you having to explain it every single time.

You grossly underestimate what LLMs can do.

You grossly underestimate what LLMs can do.
I don't underestimate them at all they are extraordinary tools, and Auvryn actually builds on top of that capability.

The difference is this: an LLM knows language and general knowledge. Auvryn knows your specific business. It knows your spreadsheets, your supplier costs, your historical performance, your rules, your workflows, and how all your separate systems fit together. It doesn't just generate answers it connects, calculates, governs, tracks, and stays aligned with what you have defined as important.

LLMs are brilliant at what they do. Auvryn is the operating layer that turns that capability into something that consistently runs your business, exactly the way you want it run. Different jobs, equally important.

I can do all that already without AI.

And I do have to do all these things because I need to check everything before submission.

You are still missing the point. Your starting point is not a bunch of AI tools. You first need to understand the needs of a business. And you can't do that without talking to the business owner.

You are 100% right and that is literally exactly what we are doing.

Every single thing we are building comes from talking to business owners. Every feature, every tool, every decision it all starts with asking people what they actually need, what wastes their time, and what they wish existed. That is why I am here asking questions.

And you are right again you CAN do all of that already. You know your business, you know your numbers, and you check everything because it matters. Auvryn is not here to replace your knowledge or skip your checks. It is here to learn your way of doing things, so you don't have to repeat the same work, the same calculations, and the same checks over and over again.

It does not tell you how to run your business. It learns how you run yours, and then helps you keep up with it. That is the whole point.
