Best way to find private blog network owners

I have a private blog network of blogs fast approaching 100 blogs
Each have good trust values and Authority

Want i want to know is whats the best way to find and reach other PBN owners like myself, that aren't running crappy networks to fill with any old links for a price
Have there own good network so we can exchange links to our money sites

initial cost of a good domain (£50 at least), hosting cost and other costs (£10 per year per blog), making the blog, keeping the blog going, you talking , if i have 100 blogs and someone else does, we can easily exchange 10 even 20 quality links without even getting close to a footprint for no cost at all .
