The awards aim to recognise people in the UK who have overcome various barriers and battled against adversity to positively change their lives by setting up in business.
It's for sole traders and smaller businesses less than three years old who positively making their way.
The closing date is 26th May 06.
1st prize: £5,000 cash, £7,000 worth of directory advertising and £2,000 of consultancy from a marketing communications agency.
2nd prize: £3,000 cash, plus £3,000 worth of directory advertising and £1,000 worth of marketing consultancy.
