    evening guys..

At the moment we have leads come in to us on email and we print them off. I want to automate it a bit more so that staff can work from home on laptop etc.

I had a full blown custom website before that all of our leads went into but thats now gone.

Basically we want the lead coming into us and to go on to a piece of online software. I want to be able to track the calls made to it. Book call backs ec etc.

More managing the phone calls side. There is so much out there but seems way overkill for what we need.

simple lead in - sort the calls into lists and manage call backs. When we book the appointments in we move them over to a 3rd party calender anyway.

    Thanks for any help

further to add..... Full blown CRM just way to much for us.

I think what we need is more of a phone call management software.

What email client do you use?

There are several tools available to take an email from Gmail and add it to a Google Sheet (their version of a spreadsheet).

From there you could have people pick the next lead off the list and do the necessary, updating the Sheet as they go.

    thanks for advice so far.

I would rather a more basic scaled down version of a crm.

We use thunderbird. customer fills in form on our website and comes in via email. we then print it and write on paper (I know....)

If the email could go into a scaled down version of crm. We just want to update - contacted - not contact etc - we don't have a requirement more than that.
