Definately down for some people, both our offices located in different postcodes can't access it. Youtube is aswell, but can get other sites fine.

More worrying for Steve, adwords wasn't coming up either when I was on earlier. Gonna throw the figures out. Tried a few different pc's as well. Jeeves is now my new friend since google have turned their back on me.

It makes you realise how complacent we have got about 3rd party scripts.
Just look at all the social networking buttons people use now.

I use google buz buttons on some of my pages and when google went down my pages weren't loading.

If the same can happen if any others go down, it makes you wonder if it's time to consider scrapping the facebook, twitter, stumble, digg, etc. buttons just in case.

While google was fine for me - I checked the 'stupid yahoo question'.... 1 chap posted to type in:

"chuck norris search" into google and hit the "I'm feeling lucky" button (ie.. the top result).

I saw several tweets around the time of your post yesterday about how people couldn't get to google - and a few other sites as well - presumably some sort of network issue (BT as another poster has said?) - as it was all fine from here!
