Anyone know a good, reasonable joomla on page seo optimisation service

I got a 2 websites running on joomla and there are a few onsite issues like, 1. SEF404 redirects......some end in actual 404 error page 2. there seems to be duplicate entry's on there which is pointing to duplicate content.

not alot of work here just really polishing up those redirects
