Another insolvency question

    Hi guys update on this.

    We had letters from HMRV saying they were objecting.

    Then had a letter from companies house saying they were ignoring it and pulling the plug.

    They have done so.

    This was Sept 24th.

    I have received this, oddly on the back are PAYE charges as well.

    I cant post the link to photo but it says I owe 22k and as a director I am liable to pay the money.

    Why are they saying as a director I am liable? If so I'll go bankrupt.

    Also the bank wrote say there is 500 quid in credit that I need to collect.

    I am awaiting a statement to see if it was personal money or was indeed to do with LTD company.

    If LTD company do I withdraw it or just leave it there?

    If you leave money in the bank account when the company dissolves it goes to the Crown.
    Perhaps you have a better idea on what to use the money? :)

    Any advice on proceeding? Phone HMRC and say it disolved or what?
