Advise on Forum

Hey there,

Now this is coming from a real newbie so maybe someone can help me!

I'd like to setup a discussion forum on the Internet for Atlantic Canada but dont know how and where to begin.

I would need step by step instructions on how to do this.

If anyone can help it would be great.

Hi Wanda,

Simplest way to achieve this is to make sure you pick a web hosting package that includes the free forum software phpBB (which I think you'll find is what this forum is run on).

There are various web hosting companies represented on here, or I can recommend you talk to Robert Hough of www.kcchosting.co.uk.

Yes if you get hosting with cpanel you can easily set up a forum using "fantastico" which is generally part of cpanel. Just ask the host if they have it.
