Advice on non disclosure of documents

I am in the process of taking my former Employer to an Employment Tribunal for breach of the Health and Safety Act and DDA. I have now written to them twice (once copying in the tribunal) with a list of documents I require to prepare for the hearing For example my supervision and appraisal notes. I asked the Tribunal to issue an order to make them to release the documents. To date I have not recieved them and have had no correspondance.This was 2 weeks ago. Do you think I should write again to the Tribunal? What do I say? Which Employment Tribunal rule have they breached? The hearing is less than 4 weeks away and I need the documents to prove that they did not do there job properly.
