    Hi Guys,

About a year ago I registered a company for a project which for various reasons didn’t end up happening.

I contacted Companies House and submitted a DS01 form to dissolve the company & the company is in the process of being dissolved by Companies House. However I have received a formal request from HMRC to submit a Corporation Tax return. Two Infact. One that covers the first year and another that covers the two weeks after that. Do I need to submit the returns to HMRC as the company has never traded?
