Advertising/PR for a training company

Hi all,

Have progressed further with the training company, website setup etc.

We are doing team building, relaxation days, motivational training, control and restraint training days etc etc.

I'm finding it difficult getting the name out there, anyone have any ideas? Or know of good (ideally cheap!) ways to advertise around Liverpool or the North West in general.
