    Hi Micheal Potts & Shaun

    Hope you are doing well.

I have bought HTC g2 on your recommendations some time ego. Good offer thanks for that.

But, i need your help to bail out from a problem, looking of rbest suggestion.

I was away for 13 days travelling to Alaska, canada, US and 2 days in Belgium. The T mobile bill came up to £329 this month, out of which £184 is towards the data roaming which I very sparingly used only 13 times through out to check the email and then I immediately used to disconnect the roaming. I might have hardly used few MB's od data for which Tmobile billed £184 pounds + VAT ofcourse. I have spoken to the customer service before I leftwhich they said they do not have any boosters package and hardly it will be around 15 to 20 pounds at the most, when I mentioned my usage.

How to get the figure out on my usage and what they have billed. How to protest ripped off?

    Any help ???

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi Royal,

Which device did you use? The data roaming charge is £7.50 per MB so even connecting to browse or download a file easily clocks up.

Unfortunately customer services are right and we don't have any bundles for Alaska at the moment except the world wide blackberry usage which won't be any good as your not using a blackberry.

The main problem with the g2 is it has an always on connection so if switched on it is always transferrimng data.

forgive my memory, did you join T-Mobile through me?

    Thanks,

    Michael

I apologise for the delay getting back to people, have been on my holiday and only able to reply now and again. I will send all quotes and reply to any private messages very soon.

The cheapest deal for the HTC Desire is £24.50, this is due to high buy in cost for the handset and from what I can see is the best on the market at the moment.

As you all may of read, T-Mobile and Orange's new joint venture will be called everything everywhere! but we are going to have seperate brands but will be sharing networks so our coverage footprint by the back end of the year should be the best in the UK.

Had some people interested who were lower coverage area's that wanted to know when this would be happening so this should help.

I still have 8 months left on my existing phone and I've still just ordered an HTC Desire from Michael. ;)

I'll just give the old contract to someone in my family member as a gift while I continue to pay it off. I'm sure they'll appreciate a decent phone and free texts/minutes for the next 8 months.
