Which would be the 7 signs or facts (say sales, customers, etc.) that show you have a successful e-comerce business?

First define what success means to you. Then you can figure out how to get to that.

Your definition of success could be quite different from mine.

Going to shut the computer down and go home when an order comes in, shouting to a colleague 'we've got another damn order to do'......and as you say it another one comes in.

Just got to get that happening 7 days a week now :)

Going on holiday and business continues as normal

When someone shows interest in buying your business.

    Oh wait, scrap that.

All businesses get these calls on a regular basis, even the most rubbish businesses that nobody in their right mind would ever buy!

From a business point of view I would say: automation, longevity and profit.

    1. You show on top of Google on a short, broader search
    2. You can afford to pay your own rent, or lease a rickshaw
    3. You can send your mom on a trip abroad, to Italy or France
    4. You can finally afford a second-hand BMW made in 2003
    5. You can regularly order sushi to your door, not eat ramen from a microwave
    6. People now know that you exist and are talking about you all the time
    7. You can finally go to the dentist, do that long dreamed fillings

Yes here it's next year before you can get the filling done.
Private patients can be done next week of course.
