Yes, indeed, Google Apps can help you into this but this only if you have your own domain.- povidiu

The best option will be to use your own domain name for company website / email. If you do not want to do this, use Gmail. Anyway get rig of Hotmail.- povidiu

Moving website hosting from US to UK - any effect on SERPs
I can say 100% sure that is not affecting negatively. I have test this problem some years ago and a few months ago. The most important thing is to add your site to Google Webmaster Tool and check the Localisation options.- povidiu
