Hello,
The ecommerce company I have been involved with over the past 4 years has grown pretty quickly. Up until now I've personally constructed our ecommerce website with Magento, of which has been relatively successful and has functioned almost exactly as I would like it too.
However, now...
Their tax code is 944L if that helps at all. Which as I understand means you’re entitled to the basic tax-free Personal Allowance.
Yes, by my calculations it should be around the £400 figure, yet this month it was £529 this month with £540 last month.
Furthermore with the employee having 3...
Hello,
Just a quick one, as I'm rather unsure exactly on how to proceed with this.
At current there are 3 of us employed by a limited company taking home the following amounts:
Employee 1 : £1500 Gross
Employee 2 : £607 Gross
Employee 3 : £408 Gross

You may possibly have a claim legally. Morally however, I have seen and known of far too many families have fallen out because of money - I assume you have considered this or are not close/involved with any of your brothers children?
Going to need a bit more information to advise, what were the goods and what terms and conditions do you have in place. More importantly can you expand on your last paragraph, maybe a bullet point breakdown of things as they occurred.
That's like saying you sold an item on eBay for £100. Yet they charge a 10% fee so you're only prepared to pay the VAT on £90 which you receive. It simply doesn't work like that.
Amazon is simply acting as an agent, as said above, and shipping the item for you - taking their fee inbetween.
This would be no difference for you receiving the full amount, and Amazon invoicing you for £50 per unit sold.
Agreed, had the same situation today but only for the shipping costs (multiple pallets to Europe) - If I hadn't spotted it our invoice and their PO would've been different, meaning hours on the phone to their accounts to try and get it resolved.
