    If your business account is with HSBC you can do it online. Natwest used to require me to go into the branch, which is why I moved away from them. Now use Western Union Global Pay to get a better exchange rate.

    Taking 3 days to fix the basket is unacceptable in my opinion (unless it was over the weekend). Adding a twitter button is obviously not urgent, but as you say they could have done it quickly as it isn't a big job. The basket seems to work ok now but I would change the 'submit' button text...

    Maybe you should look at how some of these companies ranking for 'SEO'. Several are adding pages and links to clients sites with no other reason than to promote their own.

    Got cold called by shoppingbank yesterday. Sales guy was talking at 70 miles an hour about GMTV and the Independent newspaper, how lucky I was to be selected but could I meet the demand of all the sales I would get etc etc. Asked him to call back today and will give him the URL to this thread :)
