    No. Unless you had an email security server in place that would queue email until the receiving server came up.

    They could send from your account and the IP be different! Any reason why you're using 20 year old software? That's been unsupported and vulnerable since April 2014. And leaving all the data within it vulnerable! Microsoft 365 is only a few quid each month and very easy to secure.

    Has someone spoofed your email address or are they actually sending from your account? What kind of email are you using? Your own domain with free email? Microsoft 365? Gmail?

    We have regular invoices that need to be created every month and I believe this can be set up so all we need to do is "print and post" rather than re-create them each month How is this done?

    Is it possible in TAS Books 3 to hide/remove products that are no longer used in the selection list? and... The NL SL PL dates in the bottom right corner of the program are not showing the todays date, but they are showing the last date selected. How do I correct this?

    Yes, that would be my last resort but it would change the invoice numbers and get a bit messy... I was hoping for a "TAS Expert" who would know a way to deal with it! I appreciate your reply though, thanks
