    Jenni, Thats interesting regarding the inclusion of interest. I read the HMRC guidance on this which i found to be as clear as mud so i rang the HMRC VAT Helpline and asked them. Their response was that it doesn't have to be included. Just to be sure i rang again a couple of days later...
