Where is the csv file located?

So I exported the database the other day to make some price changes. Then imported it back and all looked well.

Now I try to add a new canvas print to Fotoviva but it won't display. Looking in admin it is there but it just won't display on the front end. I guess something must have gone wrong when I edited the csv.

Now I am trying to go to a backup csv via the Vidahost file manager but I can't seem to locate where the csv file is! Any suggestions please?

What import/export are you using, is it the standard OpenCart one or a custom one? The standard one does not retain any files on the server and will export the CSV directly to your browser.

If you need anything please give us a call on:

    thanks

Unfortunately it is not stored anywhere, when you click to download it it generates the information on the fly and does not create any files.

The only copies of the files will be on your machine.
