I heard it was a border collie, have one but don't have the most intelligent.

Got a rough collie, definitely more intelligent - okay when he takes himself out for a run but a worry when he has no road sense and won't come back

    whats yours?

Where do you get the idea that dogs are intelligent?

I had a border collie cross when I was a lad and he was useless when it came to helping me with homework. His presence in the home was quite handy when I claimed he had eaten or been sick on my homework though.;)

My relatives schitz tzu is the most trainable, clever little thing ever. The tricks she can perform are amazing. But put her in a field of sheep! All breeds are different and have such different characteristics and natural traits, I don't think you can compare intelligence across breeds. Thye're all clever in their own way :)

Maybe he was sick on your homework because he could see that it was crap. ;)

    All the best,

My homework wasn't so much crap as non existant!

The whole doing school work at home thing wasn't something I ever really entertained.:)

Dogs are good animals to train but they're not intelligent.

    Doesn't mean they aren't cute:
