    Hi all,

Im currently creating an online directory for Gas Safe engineers.

    Hi Joe

Great idea, but doesn't the Gas Safe Website already do this?

Yeah they have a basic system that engineers can opt in and out of.

However I have plans to add a booking system so customers can book a service online and also have a community for gas engineers and resources for them.

Im still toying with different solutions to get all the features i want so the site may/most likly will change.

Im hoping to get the full site up and running by the start of July.

You dont have to opt in, once your gas registered they automatically put you on the list, nd no offence but the site looks a thousand times better than yours and is easy to navigate, you just put your postcode in and they give you a list of engineers in your area, you can even select what you want them to specialise in,and most importantly its an official reckognised site, good luck though.

Put it this way if you wanted to find a builder who was part of the federation of master builders, where woiuld you look? the federation of master builders website or a site like yours?
