Full mobile solution (business mobiles.com)

Hi

Hopefully some of you guys can help me.

The company I work for has about 15 staff, we are looking to move away from IP based phones and have mobile only for outgoing calls. But maybe have some IP solution for incoming only.

Is anyone on here using mobile only, is so can you recommend a company?

We've been given a quote by businessmobiles.com, done some research on the internet. Can only find a little info on them, but quite a few people mention they have a bad rep for customer service/after sales.

Has anyone used them before? They are much cheaper than other quotes, so my gut instinct is, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is!

Many Thanks

Hi John,

The company I work for actually does exactly this. I'm no expert as I run the IT side of things but they offer very competitive rates and offer extremely good customer service through an account manager. The account manager will focus his attention to your needs and provide you a bespoke package for your business, basically making sure you get the best bang for your buck. They will also advise you on the best devices to suit your needs.

Your account manager will then contact you periodically to make sure everything is going ok and that no changes need to be made. I.e. new employees etc

You can find our website and contact phone number in my signature below and get a quote.

Hope this helps.

Hi Jon,

Businessmobiles offer many cashback deals and thats why you have had a cheaper quote from them.

As far as your requirements are concerned, i have 2 potential "mobile based" solutions - you can obviously make outbound calls but for inbound you can opt for a hosted GSM PBX (which is now available free with features like call que, music on hold, IVR menu, call transfer etc) or you can go for IP based app on a blackberry/android which are quite easy to configure.

We offer all UK networks, competitive pricing and full account management. You can call on my DDI on 01214119143 or send me a PM with your requirements (handsets, minutes, data add-ons etc) and i will reply to you asap.

I just signed up for a 2 year contract with this company and so far so good. I opted for a package that included a Samsung Galaxy S3, 1000 mobile minutes, unlimited landline minutes and unlimited texts and 1GB Internet included.
All this cost me £44 and I got a free sharer phone as well, which I gave to my daughter.

Am I missing something here? I think it's a good deal and I get to keep the phones too.

Maybe it's early days and I'm yet to be bitten, but I got good service and I'm happy with what I signed up for.
I'll keep you posted if there's any change.

Hi Sammy,

Ive just checked that deal out using my tmobile pricing (it sounds like a tmobile tariff to me) and its fine. I could have done it at a slightly cheaper price but you still have a good deal there.

I was just looking at businessmobiles today and got them to send me a contact by email.

The sales rep never mentioned that I would have to pay £105/month and get £55/month payment from them to make the £60/month price quoted.

Anyone here have any problems getting the monthly payment from them?

BusinessMobiles.com are a complete shower! I had 8 handsets from them on their cash back deal ... 1st month we got the cash back ... since then (23 months) we've had to chase and chase ... they currently owe us £1000 in missing payments ... then to add insult to injury, their contract requires that you return all the handsets to them at the end of the contract! So we've paid £1300 odd pounds per handset over 24 months and now we have to give them back! Total scam ... My advice would be DONT TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGE-POLE!!!!!
