Email delivery powered by Google

I just received a marketing email that says at the bottom 'Email delivery powered by Google'

I didn't realise there was a Google Email Marketing system.....anyone any thoughts or using it ? How is it done ?

maybe they added that themselves to sound official and non-spammy? maybe they just use google apps' email - it's just gmail for domains
