All in one payment solution - website payments, invoices etc?

    My website is in development and I am looking at payment options.

    Customers will be able to buy the product online. I have been looking into WorldPay, Google Checkout and others.

    Customers will have the option to order bulk quantities and for this I would like to invoice them. For some customers it will be full payment upfront, for others it will be 50% upfront and 50% upon delivery and for some it will be payment 30 days after delivery.

    Looking into packages like Kashflow - how best can I work all these options in?

    I will not be using Paypal after being scammed in the past and quite frankly do not want my business to be associated with them in anyway.

    The difficulty I have is the product is a customer one. But the bulk options are likely to be purchased by businesses, hence the invoice option.

    So the customer can pay on the site and leave their details, and the business can put the products in their basket and then get sent an invoice?

    Yes they can. OMC has a built in accounts feature allowing you to set a customer credit limit and also allow customers to override that limit if they wish...

    Hi Phil,

    sorry for all the questions but trying to get head around this.

    So a company could have a log in account on my website. They sign in and purchase products (to a pre set limit). They can then either pay online with card or be sent an invoice. And these accounts could be managed by OMC?

    Correct on all points :)

    You can also create customer groups allowing discounts for say trade customers...

    Yes. The products can have quantity breaks set on them so it will discount the price by percentage or value once that quantity has been added to the order. Note though that a product with quantity breaks cannot have variants i.e. colours and sizes. You would need to create individual products for this...
