Could you please post a little bit more about exactly what you want?
Do you want someone to build a template to sit on-top of a framework you have already selected - or a bespoke system - recommendations for a framework as well - or something else?
Can people recommend themselves?

I know a web designing company, good for me. As much I know they are well experienced in all the streams, weather it is web designing or web promotion. The one thing I like in them is flexibility. You may contact them for more info, may be you like their services.
