Hi guys,
Just seeking some advice on private limited companies and registration. I am in the process of setting up my own buisness, however the company name that I want is very similar to one already taken and therefore will not let me continue. Many of the registration websites claim this anyways, apart from one which states it the similar one but allows me to progress to register it?? This is slightly confusing me?? Maybe to overcome this would it be a good suggestion to use the same name and place UK on the end of it (i.e in stead on mycompany, register as mycompany UK? What this be acceptable and get around the situation.
