    hi, i am in the property clearance business and looking for advice on marketing it, i have a trade add on ebay, adds on gumtree, viva street, adzooks, friday adds, and others, i have sent out 250 letters to estate agents in the birmingham area alone, with only 2 replies from them, which is a start i know, but not good enough, so any sugestions on getting more business would be greatfull, thanks from mark, mjm property clearance

    Hi Mark,

    Do you have a website that I could have a look at? To give you good advice, we will need a bit more info into your company - look for a target audience, group them and then see which way is best to plan out a strategy.

    hi, i am in the process of having a website built at the moment, i have 2 regular estate agents, and 1 property management company as my clients at the moment, i clear out their void properties, and also clean them, and also remove single and multiple items from let properties, example a bed, wardrobe etc, thanks from mark.

    It's a long shot, and would need more researching, but have you thought about clearing out empty houses from estates?

    Typically when a solicitor acts on an estate and sells everything, they'd need the house clearing of certain items e.g. electrical, as they're not able to sell them on due to legislation.

    As I said, a hazy idea that would need more research - but another route to consider?
