Sage payroll is installed and was working fine on my server, with only one user accessing it. I believe another user has inadvertantly tried to open it, which has caused a conflict, so now my authorised user is locked out. I know Sage line 50 does this by creating a 'queue.' file, which you can delet, but does anyone know what to do with payroll when it does the same?
