I have been speaking with two companies FutureStore and Frooition, seems Frooition are none too popular then...

Anyone have any recommendations for a company that offers similar??

Cheers

Stuart

I'd have to withdraw my recommendation I posted earlier in the thread (February). They've imposed new customer service charges which, in my opinion, are appauling. Also, since recent eBay changes the some of the design work has had to be scrapped, so you aren't getting the full designs you did before the changes.

I had to resurrect this thread, about 5 months ago we got frooition to design a website for us, we had a specific list of requirements that needed to be met - we were told all of this could be done and got a quote.

We paid half the money up front in an agreement that the other half would be paid on completion, a few weeks in and we had the design of our front site and it looked good, we then tried to check again that our list of requirements could be met and were told that they couldn't be done, despite them confirming it was all possible.

We immediately asked for a refund and were told it would be given, a few weeks later and still no refund we phoned frooition only for them to say that they had a new type of asp.net e-commerce package available that would meet our requirements and we could have it at the same price.

A week passed and we phoned to check that everything was going ok, frooition told us they had made an exclusive agreement that meant they could no longer design or host our website.

I would not suggest using frooition.

I think they've finally died. My eBya store has gone down tonight and their website has also gone. Anyone know what's happening?

Our eBay store design seems fine this morning, no issues here. Frooition do have the odd bought of 'down time'.

Frooition Down

Yes, all my listings were messed up last night. Store was fine earlier today but is now not showing properly as well. Then I looked through other sellers items and stores that use Frooition and they were down as well...seems like a global issue they are not solving. I am debating about finally stopping their service as it is costing thousands today!
