Annual Accounts for Dormant Limited by Guarantee Company

I am trying to prepare an annual report for a doramnt Limited by Guarantee company so I emailed companies house about if I could use the audit exempt abbreviated form to which their reply was that for companies that are limited by guarantee, they have no prescribed format. And that I would need to seek advice from an accountant on this matter. They also said I couldn't file through their webfiling service.

If there is no prescribed format does anyone know of any templates out there that I could look at of anyone who has done this.

I would guess it's pretty much the same as a dormant limited by share company but without the first statement regarding share allotment. However, a better answer would be to move this question to the finance forum and get a decisive answer from a bean counter, I mean accountant.
