Im trying to recover the deposit we paid for our previous business premises.
Despite sending letters we are not getting a reply and been advised to take this matter to the county court.
However there are plenty of rumors that the firm is in trouble and I notice that the signs around the shared premises have been removed in the last few days for the main company.
How do I find out if this firm has gone bust?
