Can anyone come up with a simple formula that I can use?
ACAS have told me to pay 1/12th of the total hours worked over the previous 12 weeks. I think I am getting confused though as I need to work out what their pro rate entitlement is before I can work out how much to pay.
I think that I have spent so long trying to work it out that my brain has become seriously muddled!
