I am looking for the least expnesive way of printing a two-page newsletter, full colour. Just a simple newsletter to send to our 400 retail customers. Any prices or thoughts.
Many thanks

A printer's should be able to do this for you for a couple of hundred pounds. You can supply the newsletter and they will produce it professionally for you.

We use a company at work who are based in Kent and very good, PM me if you want their details.

you wanted prices?

A4 leaflets printed both sides in full colour, including PDF proof and delivery.

digital print:-
qty 400 is £106.72 on 100gsm matt paper
qty 400 is £113.09 on 160gsm matt paper
qty 400 is £120.86 on 170gsm gloss paper

or switch to litho:-
qty 500 is £97 on 130gsm gloss paper
qty 500 is £103 on 170gsm gloss paper

or if you want to save the planet:-
qty 1250 is £122 on 130gsm recycled gloss paper

All above on FSC approved paper, litho printed with vegetable oil based ink.

Personally, I'd go for the 170gsm for a newsletter or even push the boat out and go for 250gsm for a few quid more.

I just pulled those off our company web site. There are several on line printers like us with similar prices, just google it!

qty 1000 on 135gsm gloss paper price-£100.00

Or why not push the boat out:

300g matt coated paper + dispersion varnish only £160.00

Pm me if you need anything.

In my opinion 250gsm/300gsm is way too thick for a newsletter.

We can do 500 on 170gsm gloss or silk for £94 inc delivery.

If you have any questions then just ask.
