Hi,
Part of our business is relocating overseas to reduce costs. We will be recruiting 3 people overseas, and reducing by 3 here.
As I understand, particularly as we haven't recruited overseas yet, we would have to offer the 3 members of staff a post in this new location?
Also, is it a straighforward redundancy situation, or is it different if its a relocation?
