I have been in business long enough to know that as hard as you try - you just cannot please all customers all the time.
I was just on this forum when I got thrown by a customer complaining about something nice I did for them!
I wont go into the complaint here. Just wanted to get it off my chest thats all!!!
Just need to shake it off and repeat: Can't please all the people all the time!
