West Midlands
I thought I would lead the way for the West Midlands contingent :D

Look forward to seeing who else is from this region (That I don't already know):)

And I would be the 3rd!

We run all our ops from Birmingham, Tyseley where the sun never sets!

Hi to all, we've just opened an office in the Midlands. I'm sort of local…Lichfield…so I cover the Midlands and North West. I've had a nose round the forum and like what I see.

I suppose Warwickshire is near enough to the West Midlands to make me part of this contingent.

Hi Richard

Its worth going to the introductions forum and putting on a post telling everyone about yourself and your business;):)

South Warwickshire here, far enough south that we don't really like to
be associated with the yow yows :p, but technically still West Midlands.

Perhaps we should have a Warwickshire section - I think there's a couple more of us somewhere.

I had to chuckle last night when Nick Hewer said on the apprentice - 'This is Birmingham…not Knightsbridge' I thought Adrian Chiles might pick up on it but he never did. Nick's probably out of touch with the cosmopolitan nature of England's second city - We have flushing toilets and everything these days. As for Adrian Chiles, is he a yam yam, yow yow or wurnit?

Hi Christine...I lived in Kingswinford before I moved to Alveley:)

Didn't associate you with our merry band in the good ole WM (The username is a trifle misleading:D)

Hi Alpha

I know, I used to see you staggering up Market Street on Friday nights;) (Just joking!)

Alveley - very, very nice. I know a couple of people there.

I'm from Kent originally (as if you didnt guess), born and bred there.

I like Kingswinford, but my heart isn't here.

I'm just trying to start up an admin support business, working from home, so I'm glued to my pc at the moment. It's a hard slog!

Yes its never easy when starting up:(

Well I reckon we have enough people on here to have a Dudley/kingswinford/Stourbridge meet when/if a few of the others make themselves know (Peter Hale,Mike Tombs and Jeff Smith off the top of my head):D

Anything that we can assisst with please don't hesitate to ask.

Yow will always be yow yows to us ;)

I've never heard that before and I am born and bread in Warwickshire just outside of Coventry. I still live in Warwickshire but a West Mids forum is OK by me.

So many Yam Yams around here though. Good job its all written word here or no one would understand a thing :-)

Mike.

Well, erm... I feel half and half for West Mids and South West?

We get Birmingham news on TV but Gloucestershire is often classed as South West?

Either way, lived in Lichfield for 10 years and would defo attend a West Mids catch up.

Another Warwickshire biz here. We are in Royal Leamington Spa. Please note the Royal part as it makes all the difference....My partner is from Stourbridge though so I do understand the yam yam language if its spoken slowly.

Hi

I've lived in Kingswinford, and to my shame, the first time I ever went to Shrewsbury was a month or so ago.

What a lovely, lovely place.

lol!!!! You mean you've never been here????!!!!!

I suppose I just sort of assumed that everyone knows it. How arrogant of me!

It's sort of between Stourbridge and Wolverhampton, but nearer to Stourbridge.

I'm just outside Tewkesbury but don't know where to play - am I South West or West Midlands - we're both and neither?? We're technically in Worcestershire (just) - is that close enough to the West Midlands?? I don't want to be in the South West forum, their family trees don't have enough branches.
