Employee leaving, calculating holiday

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I have an employee who is due to leave on the 2oth May, and has accrued 14 hours holiday up to todays date.

Her hours are erratic as she's been ringing in and taking days off recently and announcing that she has to leave early when she actually turns up to work.

So her contract said she does 27 hours a week, but it's been averaging out at about 15 hours per week recently.

Can I tell her to take the holiday she has accrued already so that she finishes before the 20th May?

Ok thanks for replying, although this situation is a little different from the other thread as the employee is on a fixed term contract ending on the 20th May, she isn't working any notice period as such. I am assuming that because there is holiday to be taken before she leaves, I can make her take it. However, I will check with Acas tomorrow (I spent 10 minutes on phone to acas in a queue today and gave up in the end - so I posted here!)
