HI, Group,
I am offering for tender I need a new solicitor(freelance sole trader) or company. I am a commercial debt company and need a firm or solicitor to offer day to day advice on company law and debt issues. You will be required to issue letters to other solicitors who contact quoting legal jargon. We offer this service to our clients and therefore we are liable for all costs. You will be required to attend county court and deal with insolvency service, as we issue stat demands for larger amounts of debts.
If you feel that this is you or your company can offer this then please send me a pm. I currently have a law firm in Birmingham and working relationship is very good, but the solicitor I use has grown bigger and therefore we are not a big commercial account for them but we do offer regular work and payments.
