    Not taken a full look, but I picked a page at random, cyprus.

    There are a heck of a lot of parameters in the url.

    ?search=1
    &perpage=10
    &marknew=1
    &euro_numbers=0
    &lfield3_keyword=Cyprus
    &lfield5_keyword=
    &lfield4_keyword=
    &lfield2_keyword=
    &lfield11_min=
    &lfield11_max=
    &lfield9_min=Minimum
    &lfield9_max=Maximum
    &lfield10_min=Minimum
    &lfield10_max=Maximum
    &lfield1_keyword=
    &lfield6_keyword=
    &shownew=
    &search=++Search+Listings++
    &sort_order=-11%2C123%2Creverse


    Thats 19 parameters in the URL - normally I would recommend only 2 or 3 at most... Even better would just be something like websiteaddress/cyprus (nice and easy for both users and search engines)

    Google can probably handle that many, but I would not be surprised at all if it does not like handling that many unless it deems the site important enough.....

    Its a very search engine unfriendly url, that could be reduced dramatically, either by making the urls se friendly completely, or at the least, not using parameters that could be defaulted with default values
    (ie assume perpage=10 is true, unless its not,
    &search=++Search+Listings++ is the default, so dont pass it unless its not what the user wants) dont pass empty parameters, ie
    &lfield5_keyword=
    &lfield4_keyword=
    &lfield2_keyword=
    &lfield11_min=
    &lfield11_max=
    &lfield1_keyword=
    &lfield6_keyword=
    &shownew=
    etc, to get that url shortened down to the bare minimum needed.

    Thanks Ken I did no the URL's were maybe the cause,but was not sure.

    Can the guy who did the original database rewrite the URL's .?

    I kinda gave up on the site because of these problems ,all I get indexed are 16 pages which is crap for fighting a high competition area.:(

    Earl, I work with database driven sites and they have no problem getting idexed, even with dynamic URL strings.

    I would look at your sitemap. I always prefer an xml sitemap, which can be stored in the robots.txt file. It might be worth investing in some software that crawls and updates the sitemap as I imagine you will have more pages to add.

    As an aside - there is some major keyword stuffing on your homepage. It kinda looks like lipsum text at a glance and I doubt its doing you any favours.

    Avoid being penilised and adjust or remove as your competitors will grass you up for that and you could get banned.

    Tin this is an SEO tip and will have no bearing as to whether the site gets indexed or not. Look at Youtube, every URL is dynamic, yet I bet every single page on the site is indexed (all 1 billion of them!)

    There is something stopping the spiders getting through the site and I imagine it is something simple like a dodgy sitemap.

    In all seriousness I think it may be an idea if you looked up the definition of keyword stuffing and spamming as defined by google.Your missing out big time.:rolleyes:

    Is it not simply the case that the properties are not being indexed under the website claremontpropertyservices because they do not belong to that website, in fact they are under a totally different website www.claremontworldwide.com ?

    So you should really be asking the question why aren't the pages under claremontworldwide being indexed? and even if they were being indexed, that would not be of much benefit to the claremontpropertyservices website.

    For some reason there is a sitemap xml appearing on the claremontworldwide site called ror.xml - perhaps this, or another similar out of date sitemap (out of date because it is only showing a artial picture of the site, the static pages), is preventing the site being indexed properly?

    There are other sites using a similar system to the site in question, with the "listman/exec" in the urls, that are being indexed.
