Hi Mike
Anyone that has under their name "...Fully Paid Up Member..." is a paid up Member (just see under my name).
I asked exactly this question just after joining. I've paid my £36 and for all the extras you get yes it is worth it. (For a start you could change your signature to a link rather than just the address.)
