Time settings 1 hour wrong when not logged in

Hi there,
I'm not sure why this is happening - in Admin the time settings are GMT, with automatic Daylight Saving detection turned on...I've turned off automatic Daylight Saving detection and it's now correct (not the most logical state of affairs!).
I bet I'll have to change it manually when the clocks go forward at the end of the month!
