looking for used clothing wholesale... please help!

good evening everyone. Im looking for a wholesale supplier of second hand/ used good quality clothing. Google is absolutely rubbish when it comes to searching for wholesalers! Can anybody give me any leads? Im based in the Midlands but willing to travel reasonable lengths for a good supplier. All suggestions gratefully received.

I have never come across anythign like this to be honest.I know they are ebay sellers who make a living out of selling used clothing but to be honest I think they just look out for cheap clothing or go to second hand shops looking for bargains etc. Why second hand? You can but ex store and catalogue clothing very cheaply from many different suppliers

If you are looking for vintage, I got a speculative email in the other day from a wholesaler based in the north west of England. If you PM me, I'll send you the details.

You might also get some leads in the wholesale forum.

Regards, Alison

Second hand clothes it's a case of putting add up everywhere loot, free adds etc, there is no wholesaler for second hand goods, if you can find one the local rag man might offer you a deal, the one near us collects load and I mean loads (luton vans full) from charity shops (not sure of the quality), contacting charity shops direct etc.

If your near birmingham there is a road somewhere that is dedicated to wholesalers, in manchester there is the same called bury new road but I don't know it's name in birmingham, for new clothes that is.

The rest is simply hard work and time looking for key suppliers.

FLASHBACK BOUTIQUE LTD -Vintage Wholesaler
email flashbackboutique@yahoo.co.uk

I have never used them so it is not a recommendation, just a contact. I source stock mainly from private sellers.

Hope that helps
Alison

Yea, try the wholesale forum or you could place an advert on GraigsList requesting clothing.
