Here's a question; if you're approached by a company offering a service or product, and you ask for more info or a quotation...would you want them to come through the post in paper form, or would you choose a more eco-friendly option and accept them via e-mail?
Either way I figure there's paper involved. The company prints out some info for you, spending a little bit of tree...then they post it, and the postman's van clogs up a little bit of atmosphere...you throw the envelope in the bin and a bit of tree gets wasted.
Or you get the e-mail, and you use your own paper to print it out because, let's face it, quotes are pretty important and we like to hold them in our hands when we umm and aah over them. And even if it is a little more eco-friendly, do we doubt the professionality of a company that prefers to send documents via e-mail?
