Im no expert, but I can give you visuals comments as a visitor.

I think the site looks great from first impressions. I really like your header. However, your product images are very poor quality on the search results pages. Particularly the eco body care products.

Personally, I dont like the little 'special offer' star thing on the left hand side, it just doesnt 'go' to me.

should have your products listed on home page as per your inner pages.

but good sit and interesting products.

I would change the add to cart buttons they are practically not visible.

Font colour for price needs changing too.

Also generally there are small tweaks that you can do it yourself. Like the font style are different on product description page to the font style on right menu.

Image definately needs to improve.

However as a design of the site is really good, but my first visit it doesn't show that its a selling website.

On the about us page there's some repetition!

Otherwise I like it, although I'm not very technical.
