Lycos has been black listed what can i do???

    I have just been on the phone to lycos as they are my host for both my internet and emails. I rang because i have not had 1 email today and it keeps crashing. The guy at lycos has told me that they have been black listed by the likes of aol,bt internet, yahoo and many others meaning that if someone sends an email from one of those accounts it just gets returned.

    What im wanting to know is how do i set up my email address with another host?

    What keeps crashing?

    Kent Manufacturer is right - blacklisting would affect outgoing emails, not incoming ones. But do you usually get emails direct from people using their own email accounts, or do you get emails sent by a form-to-email script?

    If it's the latter, it could be that the script (which is on your host) is not sending them correctly.
