Thanks for your comments, I will keep them in my mind before posting any message on any forum for work.I was alway thinking that to work for some one and to work for self are two different thing and never paid my focus on my work while looking for work.Thanks ...

I don't think you would wish to employ someone in India or elsewhere, rather you'll be buying services from a business based in another country. In this case the normal rules will apply - you pay UK taxes, and the other company pays the taxes in their country.

We employ over 15 .NET developers and 3 designers full time in India, we've found over the years that the best way to do this is for them all to be self-employed but under contract, this way they are responsible for paying their own tax 38% in India and you will have no issues with the UK tax office.
