I am looking for an out of the box product that will allow me to keep notes and details on my clients / prospects. Something that would link in with outlook would be great ie calendar reminders so I don’t have to add it to my database and outlook. It would be great if it would do it for me.

Also I would like the ability to draw the information out of the system for when I grow out of it.

Any recommendations
 
mmmm good idea I have a copy of that as well. But can you draw the information down in the form of a spread sheet if need be?

Have a look at Highrise it starts from a free entry level and goes up. Even the free one is quite good.
Links to Outlook, has calender, tasks, notes..
Very simple, where simple means unbloated.

We design and make bespoke systems of this nature. Other forum members have benefited from our systems and can testify to them. To be honest you wouldn't grow out of it as we just keep growing it to suit you.

Outlook BCM is part of some editions of Office, not all. Check on the Microsoft pages to see if you should have it, it will be available as an add on, again for some editions.
Not cheap if you have to add it.
